The Problem

The café operator was taking orders on paper, manually calculating bills, and had no visibility into sales until end of day. During busy periods, orders were lost or duplicated, causing customer complaints. There was no inventory tracking, and the owner could not identify which menu items were most profitable.

Our Solution

Softotic built a Flutter-based POS and management system with an offline-first SQLite local store that syncs to PostgreSQL in the cloud when online. Waiters take orders on tablets, the kitchen sees orders on a dedicated display, and bills are generated automatically. The owner accesses a real-time dashboard showing revenue, popular items, and table occupancy from any device.
